A year passes so quickly. It does not seem like a whole year has passed since we were last at Cober Hill, and here we are again. This time we are in for a real treat. The speaker this year is Rev Dr John Colwell (Former Tutor of Spurgeons College) John is always a good listen.

It is always good to meet up with leaders and to hear of stories of those who are on the cutting edge of ministry as well as those who minister in more traditional settings. We have a wide variety in the Baptist family in Yorkshire. The conference starts tomorrow and continues till Wednesday. I travel back to leeds on Wednesday afternoon giving me Thursday with family before I fly to the Ukraine on Friday.
